It took us 8 hours, partly because I had to do some hacksawing I wasn't expecting to do (on some weird-shaped pieces), and by then it was 6:30pm, we were cold, and getting hungry. I also had to really fight to remove an old bracket--a half-hour or more I do NOT want to relive. But...the unit's installed, everything's connected, and it works like a champ. Hi Sean!
