The word of the year for 2007 is just as appropriate in 2008: w00t! As I write this, my miner/jewelcrafter, Falken, is now sitting on the princely sum of 5,239g! And we all know what that means, right, boys and girls?
Well of course we do: Swift Purple Gryphon! Falken will be making the trip to Shadowmoon Valley later this evening to take possession of his new ride, then it’ll be off to Netherwing Ledge to start farming Nethwerwing Faction for his dragon, and for cash to purchase an epic flyer for Talonis. I can’t wait to do a mining run this weekend!
When I left for work this morning, Falken had just over 4900g. However, I’d just put a dozen Fel Lotus up for sale in the AH. When I came home for lunch, that sale alone netted 260g. Together with a couple other items, he was well over the 5200g needed to buy flying lessons and a purple gryphon.
Next up: Osprey is 50% into Revered with Netherwing, so I should have no trouble achieving my goal of having a Netherwing Drake by the end of January. Stay tuned!
