En inglés, "Until we meet again."

Tomorrow morning, Mrs. Kestrel and I fly to Los Angeles, and on Sunday board a ship for a 7-day cruise along the Mexican Riviera. The occasion is my mother-in-law’s 20th birthday (she was born on Feb. 29). Joining us will be my wife’s brother and his wife, as well as her daughter and son-in-law.

We’re a very congenial and convivial group; the wine and beer will be consumed in copious quantities (along with a pitcher or three of margaritas, I’m sure!). However, because WiFi aboard ship is ridiculously expensive, I’ll be leaving the laptop at home. I hope to get one more post up today, but just in case…I’ll be back and posting (I hope!) on Monday, March 3.

    And I checked my email; turns out Phae & her hubby, and Valenna & his wife, are departing from San Pedro on the same day, almost the same trip…but their ports of call are northward from Mazatlan to Cabo San Lucas, while ours are southbound.

    However, we’re trying to set up a meet before we all head home.
