@Kestrel--I suppose it may be a mental thing with track hidden, but I have caught out a few stealthers with it before. Probably doesn't help that much, but it MAY give you that extra second to sting or mark 'em... luketheduke's last blog post..Patch 2.4 live! Initial thoughts and impressions

Oh shoot! I totally forgot about the opt-out looting! As soon as I saw that, I had to mention it to one of my regular questmates, since we’re always changing to FFA when someone AFKs…no more! But yeah…that’s right up there with persistent tracking.

And of course, the summoning into instances is a Very Good Thing…as long as you have a ‘lock.

I’m usually on Offense in AV; Track Humanoids helps me see if Horde are zerging our caps in FW. Otherwise, I generally track something that won’t fill my screen with dots.

@Luke: So Track Hidden really reveals stealthers?? I know it’s supposed to, but I’ve never had any luck with it (of course, my flares never land where there’s a stealther, either).

I always use Track Hidden... that way the minimap is clutter free, and hey, maybe it helps detect those pesky rogues. Besides, if IRCC track humaoids doesn't track stealthers(nor does track hidden, but it lets you see them easier). Since I pretty much leveled the whole time with that on (pvp server) I usually don't forget...and usually when you do realize you forgot to turn it on, it's too late! luketheduke's last blog post..Patch 2.4 live! I usually don't activate trackings unless I'm trying to avoid the other faction or trying to find mobs to kill or avoid. The reason being I like my mini-map clean so I can see where I'm going.
