Well, maybe not so much. I decided since I’ll be going to Best Buy on Wednesday night for the Midnight Opening for Wrath, why not try to publicize the blog a bit among the western South Dakotans who’ll be there? I know of at least one other person in the local area (but I believe she’ll be at Gamestop, in the Rushmore Mall). Two other South Dakotans I know are a husband and wife from my guild, but they live in Sioux Falls, on the other side of the state.
But if both Best Buy and Gamestop are having Midnight Openings, there should be at least half a dozen gamer geeks at each, right? After all, the weather is expected to cooperate: Fair skies, temperature probably in the 30F/0C range at midnight, with not too much wind. Of course, Rapid City is one of those places where, if you don’t like the weather, wait five minutes.
At any rate, I’ll have a few homemade "business cards" with me to pass out; we’ll see if readership goes up.

I just think it’s an AWESOME idea.

Thanks, Isis.
Still trying to decide if it would be presumptuous of me to print a second sheet of 10 cards…
Slick, sir! I was thinking about throwing together a cheesy printed t-shirt advertising my site and World of Warcraft love, but realized that I’d look a bit silly. Ah well!
My very first in-game name was “Slik” and came about because of a hoax I perpetrated on the creators of Wizardy VI.
Well, if I was back in Sioux Falls – I’d be tempted to travel out to Rapid City (climbing in the Black Hills is pretty decent – Needles FTW).
I’m not a climber, but my son did some climbing in the Needles (and a coupel times at Devil’s Tower) when he was in high school.
Nice to have readers who don’t think Rapid City is in Iowa.
Kes? Print out more cards. Yes, its South Dakota, Rapid at that, and the weather will be nice-ish. But still… this is a WoW release! I think a good chunk of the teen population from the surrounding area will be there. Think for a second.
“Leadwood”, Belle, Spearfish, Sturgis, Rapid City itself…. people will be there. I might see more than you do, being over at Gamestop. I’ll try and keep count, maybe compare numbers?
Tzia´s last blog post: Um… about that….
Tzia, you do have some idea of my age, right? (Hint: All 3 of my sons are graduated from college!) I’ve a feeling I’ll have a difficult time fitting in with that teen crowd.
However, I’ll print another page of cards; if nothing else, I’ll send ‘em to you.

Kes, As I try to beat Tzia to the punch whilest I await patching to finish. GameStop in the Rushmore Mall saw approximately 250-300 addicts looking for their fix. How was Best Buy?
Daemetos´s last blog post: Wrath of the Litch King baby!!
There were about 150 at Best Buy; I was out by 12:20 with both a CE and a regular edition. I forgot my KesCards! Had ‘em clipped to my cellphone…but put them down to clip my phone to my belt…and left them.
Ah well, at least I made a couple calls to the TNB Voicemail…hope you or Tzia did too.
We just might have to do a BH Blogger get-together some day.
