I was making a post on a forum a second ago my sentence was: "I'm sorry I've just had a..." Which is absolutely no different in context than. "I'm sorry I've had a..." I almost typed "just a second ago" in this comment too so I think I really need to avoid that word! I’m actually sure its a vampire word now, at least for me. I think one of mine is "definitely." I almost typed, "I can definitely see..." (At least I can spell "definitely" correctly!) So you can't "Baffle 'em with BS" anymore? ;) I managed to do that with one Poli Sci prof at UCLA. Only later did I understand I actually knew what the hell I was talking about. Sometimes, I wish I'd kept PoliSci as my major instead of switching to Psych. Yeah…had a bit of a wake up call myself.
